That coating on the floor is sound deadening.
I believe it is the Wurth one? Looks like it to me.
We used to use it at Vauxhall. It's good stuff and incidentally the stuff i am using!

Knew it was soundproofing, i just wanted to know what it was specifically because its rare to find something that is overpaintable!

If it is the wurth one, it is simply 'peel and stick' Then use a heat gun to warm it up to go down into the flutes and other recesses.

Building it myself! Wouldn't let them do the best bit!
Funds are very limited at the moment, so it'll be fairly slow progress, but progress all the same.
