They're nearly 2 hours away from me, so it's a bit difficult. Every time I contact them, there's a different excuse as to why it is taking so long, but they have lots of happy customers so I'm not really sure what's going on.

slanging match or not, 10 months il a long time and with no recent news or response to your contact is not really good enough.
If it's taking longer than expected, then they should tell you that, not just ignore you.

Well the shell is finally nearly finished, I think it just needs the roof painting and then lacquering. It looks excellent so far, especially for what I'm paying.
It's taken a while, but I think it's worth it, if I wanted it done more quickly, I would be looking at paying nearly double, or triple what I paid, from some companies.

I'm not sure to be honest, it's not there in the primer photos, so I can only assume it's some kind of sound deadening or something.
I'll ask him tomorrow.
