If you get one, just get a 100mm one as i got a 75mm too, tried it and just went back to the 100mm as it's far better.
Good luck

Ahh Thankyou, looks like it won't last long from the photo, how much life do you reckon yours has after doing the bulkhead ?
Never would have guessed such a material and brush looking tool would do so well on that

They last for a very long time.
Mine has splayed out a bit after doing all the floors and bulkhead but its not worn down.

Finaly got round to stripping and painting the cooling fan/shroud:
Replaced the clip thing as the other was rusted and i lost it:
Also i went to find an imperial Socket id lost in the boot and as i came to shut it it didn't lock, this is becuase the lock made out of plastic had broken when the lasy shunted the rear
Luckly i have a replacement! so 5 minuted later and some adjustment saw the boot locking again (Thank god hah)
Broken lock:
New lock:
Took th old out:
Tested the new:
And fitted it:
The boot plastic cover is in such good condition, only had abit of dust insude so cleaned that up and re-fitted over the area once id done the lock:
This has to be the most awkward position to work on a car ever, more so when the ruddy gas struts arn't working! Grrr hah
Oh and i cleaned behind the catch on the body whilst i was in that area:
Might have pictures of the cooling fan re-fitted tonight or tomorrow perhaps..
Cheers,
Cliff

Thought you were selling this?
Indeed I am Nathan, But no point in leaving my little "Tart up's" un-finished so just doing stuff on it here & there when i can't do work on the others like now because i've run out of gas for the MIG.

I really do want to keep it to be honest haha, needs must though for my driving lessons.
I have gotten all the rear bumper brackets off now and ready to start refurbing the bumper fully and doing any welding required and making a few extra bumper brackets i suspect.

Did the small bumper repair patch yesterday and just painting and priming the inner surface today and probably start putting refreshed brackets back on soon.
could have dressed the weld a little better but the drill gave up so grider it was¬ :)
Also made a start on making the hydrolastic pump for the suspension by welding a plate on the end of the grease gun i'l be using as my base (yes i have cleaned all the grease out).
More later......
