So last week I went to the cast and crew screening for Rush and I can honestly say it's one of the best films I have ever seen and certainly the best thing I've ever been involved in. I barely did any work on it at all but I'm so pleased to be able to say I did. It's an amazing movie, whether you follow racing and F1 or not. It's intelligent and gripping at the same time, there is drama and story, and no real bad guy at all. Just yesterday they sent out a text to us all relaxing the non-disclosure contract a little so I'm allowed to talk about it now. Honestly guys, when it comes out in September you have got to go and see this picture.

Why? You don't mention that Lauda isn't played by an Austrian. Best man for the job, they both give a stunning performance and you will soon get over this. He's a better James Hunt than anyone British I can think of would have been, and since Hunt's family were on set nearly every day of the race unit if they weren't happy it would have been mentioned.
It's not rated yet but I have a feeling it will be a 15. Hunt's lifestyle wasn't very PG, and frankly neither was '70s F1.

Ahh I'm looking forward to this movie a lot, I'm on a formula renault team and our driver was in this movie in some of the driving scenes so that's my claim to fame with this (very tenuous I know)
