I have got some bucket seats wich are bottom mounted on some runners what sorta mout can I make up to bolt runners too and to bring the seat up to clear the cross member

Two production models, the ERA Turbo and the Rover Cabrio, had seats with flat runners like this. In both cases a second cross member was made that would fit further back on the floor and support the back of the runners. The seat would then be on top of both.
