This is the reson why you need to focus your money on the body before seats ectt.. as it racks up quick (Speaking from experience here)

Haha exactly what i did at first, my shell is up on a spit with no inner or outer sill on one side and i,ve already spent over £700 multiple times at minisport

Need advise... Do we lift engine out or unbolt subframe and engine and left body off???
Getting there.. If anyone has a spit jig that they want to hire out that would be great...

Mi Matt,
The first time I took the engine out of my GT, I unbolted the subframe, lifted the body, then pulled/dragged the engine/subframe forward. Worked OK, but you just need to make sure to keep hold of the engine to stop it falling over. E.g. put a trolley jack under the front of the subframe. If it falls over it can do some damage - just keep your feet out of the way

You know that once you have opened an account load your pictures, size them to how you want them then click on the IMG CODE. This will auto copy the picture so you can post it on here.
