Don't worry we do get some dodgy pictures but we normally delete them, nah just kidding the better quality the picture the better as we can give more accurate info. Have a good trawl through some of the build threads to see what others have done.
I made the mistake of changing the floor on Project erm in four separate sections. Wish i had either changed the floor in one complete go or two sections but my lad was your age at the time and as it was his car he was paying for the panels.

Yep i would go for the half floors being offered by rally515. The cross member is shot as well. Have a look at M Machine and Somerfords for those.
If you decide to flash the cash for Heritage then buy your panels from Minispeed. If you are a TMF+ member you will get 12.5% discount. I have bought all of my external panels for my clubman from them and saved over £100+

If you could get that MOT'd in that condition good luck with that. If that has been shot blasted then it will need to be done again then a coating of Zinc primer or something to stop the surface rust from digging in deep.

Dont worry about interior yet, i spent alot on loads of bits and bobs i didnt need yet and its set me back quite a way in terms of progress

my dads sorted people to do various jobs with workshops etc etc
main job for me is to clean tomorrow then make a list of what needs doing
as its obviously a big job i thought to start with floor , is this sensible or should i be looking elsewhere first
