I plan on cleaning wheel acrches and clear waxoyl them.

How can i get the grease and **** off without going through 100 sponges? Also dont want to scratch or damage paint.
Is there an easy way?

Where can i buy some colour match spray paint for my mini?

I would think it would be better to either stone chip or smooth them off, then just paint.  Easier to clean then, if you waxoyl, all the crap will just stick to it and be harder to remove.

Should have said this was for the rears.  Forgot about fronts as I've put wheel arch liners on.

For cleaning a good soaking with degreaser left for a while then pressure washing usually removes most of the dirt, might need more than one application dependant upon amount under there, expect to find some rust though as well so be prepared for any repairs needed.

To avoid confusion I think your talking about the metal wings of the car, not arches which are screw to the car to cover wider wheels.

If its full of grime and old sealant under there, I would start with a quick hose or jet wash and see whats under there - If you find its full of underseal or similar under there, the only water to remove it without scratching the paint underneath is by softening it with white spirit in a squirty bottle. Then it can be scrapped off.

Really though thats a hard way to do it. I used a wire brush attachment on my drill or grinder and it came off easily. I also softened it first with white spirit. This will remove paint underneath though, but I was planning on repainting it all anyway.

Yeh inside wheel arches.

Ill try degreaser.

The original paint is under there. Dont want to scrap off paint.
So a small amount of white sprit will help.
