The London Mini Centre are in Putney (South West London) if you're in that part of London, and if you are and you have transport, Minispeed are about 30 minutes drive from Putney, very near to Brooklands if you fancied a look round the museum.
Not sure what sort of parts The London Mini Centre keep in stock, but they did sort me out with a relay when one of mine gave up and I was nearby ...
I'm sure others will have suggestions for other areas of London.
