Apologies if this has been answered before but I can not find it on the forum.

Have been looking at the following wheels and would like to know what the difference is between the superlite version and ultralite version

Cheers in advance.

superlite are 15mm wider on the outside than the ultralite

but both are 5". ultralite also do 5.5" which is 1" wider on the outside than the 5" ultralite

superlite do a 6" , ultralite don't do a 6"

Oh I see. Thanks for the info mate.

Do you know if the bolts around the edge are threaded or are they just glued in to give the split rim effect?

I think they're just glued to give the look of a split rim, i have never known these to be real splits as far as i know..

The link says 'Split effect' so they are cosmetic only.

Typically, ultralites have a slightly more pointy spoke than superlights which are more rounded like the original alloys.
