I don't want to sell it but might not have a choice.

Just had application accepted on a new house but then found out after that it looks like the Mini won't be allowed and there is no garage etc.

I am looking into the logistics of getting it into the back garden at the moment but then still need to sort out shelter for it

Don't do it, I have read this thread and carlo's from the beginning in the last couple of days. Just got myself a mini again a couple of weeks ago after failing to complete a project when I was 21. You would regret it for years.
