Looking great Ben, your garage does look like a man cave in the making with all the cupboards and worktop to bru up on ;).
I little sound insulation, tv and couch and you're onto a winner .
Cheers Cliff
Well that door in the corner under the clock has a kitchen the other side so perfect for making brew there.
The garage is all insulated, has central heating and is even plastered with skirting boards etc.
I could board the garage door up and use it as a room without too much fuss!

TMF is really good at distracting me from work aha
Fantastic work and the attention to detail is astonishing. It looks amazing, if mine can look half as good I will be happy

Back now.
Just had a look over it to formulate a plan.
Tomorrow, i shall finish welding the quarter panel on and then play about with the flitch to get the A panel sitting bob on and then fit the outer sill.

Not really even worth doing this update but i suppose i might as well.
I managed to get a mere 40 minutes in the garage today as i have been doing tip runs and we have company this afternoon.
This is what i tackled
So i cleaned it up round the plug holes and within the plug holes using the usual wire tip brush in the drill. i tried out a new poly abrasive wheel around the plug holes which was ok but if you catch edges, it rips chunks out of it and then it becomes very un-balanced.
Anyway, cleaned up and clamped up
And as per usual, i forgot to take a picture of the plug welds completed but it's nothing exciting.
I have a new tool in my arsenal which is on loan from Carlos
So after taking down the bulk of the plug welds with a grinding stone in the grinder, i put it to use taking the rest down. It worked really well.
That's all.
I must try harder tomorrow.

ha ha.
I surprised myself actually. I got 2 intact large armchairs, loads of cardboard, and a small wooden filing cabinet in the Scenic and still managed to close the boot on one of the runs.
Some other stuff might have accidentally found its way in there too
