I posted on your thread some time ago and there are ways to sort it. It does mean splitting the seams though. My offer still stands, if you want to give me a call, drop me a PMAlright!
The issue with the rust still stands and is somewhat of a big hurdle to overcome first.. I simply can't see the sense in rebuilding her and getting her on the road with that rust present.. it'll only spread, creep through the seams and get worse within the year. Whilst I'm at this stage, I'm best to sort it now!
