Well I figured I would dig in a little bit, what started as a fuel pump replacement (WHICH I STILL HAVEN'T DONE), has now turned into... this..,. painted engine Saturday night, as well as fixed all the rusty areas on the firewall. Replaced rear wheel bearings. Now I am waiting on Minivation hinges, a bunch of fun stuff from DSN, and some other odds and ends. Anyway, here are a few pictures...

I got it off Ebay.uk a year or two ago. Was a small company/individual doing rocker covers, that and turbo manifolds. It is very nice though, my favorite valve cover I have ever owned. It's black wrinkle powder coated.

Not sure what more info I can provide you about the heater, here is where I bought it from with all the specs:

http://www.t7design....products_id=310

Very compact, lightweight, can have multispeed fan (I made mine a 3 speed with pull out switch). Pretty straight forward install. Unfortunately I have not tested it yet, other than when setting up fan speeds/wiring. Still putting car back together, but hopefully with a productive week I will have the car running this week or next and see how it can heat a Estate.

Well the shiny bits have arrived! Already popped a couple in place, but hopefully will start buttoning up a lot of stuff this week and get closer to being back on the road before I pull it off again for the SC12 install. Here are some pictures:

Something I have wanted to get for a while... Minivation hinges for the clubby. Gonna get these on this week!

Also, some more goodies via DSN. I would have wanted to get more, such as the billet oil filter setup, but what we have here is... Engine steady, thermostat housing, heater takeoff, 2 bulkhead plates, and fuel pump blank. Hope to get the Mini put together end of this week or next.

Minivation hinges installed last night. So far I think they are a great product and really make it so much easier to work under the bonnet.

While we are still getting some snow, decided to start mocking the MR2 supercharger on the clubby. I'm waiting for a few odds and ends to show up, and still have to tweak the tappet covers, waiting on a 10psi pulley, trying to decide on getting a standard boost gauge or to pony up for the AEM failsafe unit. Also finally got my dash in, and finished making up my switch panel.

Anyway, here are a few pictures:

Picked up a old school MSD Boost timing master

The "Freeflow" header needed some massaging, which I can only assume was because I am using a long engine steady, it just touches the rear of the subframe right before the bend.

I was working on the smaller details while waiting on some parts (tappet covers to mod, 10psi crank pulley, catch can, boost gauge, and speakers). So I fabbed up this 1/2" heater hose line to bring the return line to the other side so it is clear of the supercharger. I think it turned out good. Just waiting on 1/2" bulk head plate to run heater hoses through.

Painted green. Thinking about putting some crinkle black on the supercharger, we will see.
