If i wanted dual side exhausts (running along the sills), is my only option to run the exhaust along the front arch from the subframe, since i cant exactly make a tunnel for it in the floor?

I'll therefore assume that i'll have to be careful on the bumps :D

(legality is not an issue)

you'll have very little ground clearance if you do that. look at your floor behind the wheel and see how low it is, then go down approx 2", you'll get my drift.

as a comparison my mini jem has sections of the floor dropped approx 2", for the seat to sit in, to gain extra headroom inside, the car is lowered, and i can only just get a clenched fist between the floor and the road. this part of the floor rgularly hits speed bumps, but luckily the fibreglass is pretty flexible, but your exhaust wont be nearly as flexible, and my well end up squashed flat, or even ripped off!

Exhausts a bit like thoses, except running along the bottoms of the doors.
