[ToM 2012]

Hi all got the grill moustache screwed on and got the front seats fitted got the Heater matrix fitted. Just leaving on list electrics sorted engine up and running and bits of trim here and there and it's finished can not wait! Hopefully I can get this finished before Christmas here is some pictures cheers Tom

hi welcome to my austin mini 1963 mk1 super deluxe restoration it will be needing alot of work. i am in two minds on rebuilding this shell or reshelling it. whats your thoughts? ile let the pictures do the talking.

collection dragging it away was tense didnt no if i was going to end up with to halfs.

Ino I had a few people by me say its to far gone you will never get it back your mad! But I done it in the end and any early mk1 minis that are like this for sale won't put me of from buying in the future. I must say its been fun learning how an actual mini welds together learning myself and can not wait to get the next one on the go cheers Tom

Wow when you put all the pics up together like that you can really see what work has gone into this and like you say people where saying its to far gone... It gives me confidence with mine when it comes it... minis that need serious surgery can be saved and early ones like this are so worth effort :) Nice one Tom!
