Cheers mate , it has no rear wings on at the moment await rear inner wings :-(

 

 I must admit the wing mirrors would look nice on yours, another thing to make it look older even to a non mini expert, just dont slip! Lol

I shall take all day on that job no rush or it's a big bill to put right haha. I need to find some original ones tho not sure if they easy to find. I also found a picture from the 1980s it had wing mirrors then.

If you search desmo mirrors in ebay youll find a load on there new old stock and used if I get a chance later ill measure my wing mirro positions for you

Also today I connected push start button up had to cut battery cable and clamp and solder connectors I tried the battery and when I put the positive on the fuel pump is making a noise? Does anyone no why it's doing it? My starter key was out ignition of unless I have put wires on wrong way

The fuel pump feed goes straight back to fuse box so I suspect if a problem would be at fuse box connections, one fuse is permanent live other live when ignition on, maybe fuel pump connected to incorrect one, is ignition light on when you connected battery as this is also fed from same fuse as pump

I will check tomorrow daz I didn't connect it ones I heard the noise as I didn't want fuel pump burning out with out fuel going threw.. Is it ok to leave it on while I check the wires on fuse box thanks Tom

Tom where did you get the air vent pipe ? been looking for a good alternative to the original for a while now
