Originals on a mk1 would be old English White not silver so may be replacements. Only very early wheels were riveted so think all later ones are the same

My original wheels on my 1962 are same as those just old English White think the riveted ones were phased out in 1960, the wheel trims are the common one piece ones with half moon cut outs. Would be interested were they are blasted and how much as I am about to set up an electrolytic rust bath to clean mine but if not too expensive may have them blasted

hi j well atm i am going to hold on to it and probz have some fun in it for a year and then put it in storage or summert unless someone offers me the right price for it. im not sure how much its going to be worth or to even make some profit on top for all the hours and time i have spent on it.. is there a place i can get it valued once finished like on the classic car rescue bernie and he gets that chap out to value it?

hi daz if you go down to the bottom of lye high street turn right go down there abit and there is a ford trading estate on the right turn onto there follow it all the way round to the bottom and there is a shot blasters there that i used on my last one i think he charged me £50 for both of my subframes. this time tho i am taking alot more parts so for the wheels its probz £40.00 but i can let you no next week what he charges me if you want and you can take yours there? cheers tom
