hi just been and fetched my doors and they have had a really good job and can hardley see the repairs where they have been welded. but i have test fitted them and the passenger side fits ok but the bottom corner sits in more then the rear quarter the drivers side seems it need lifting up more but the top side of the a panel hits. so abit of playing with them and drilling the holes out bigger to play about with may help. i new i would have some playing about to do so i hope i can get them better. the bottom of the driver door sits out more then the sill. any help on what to do and try would be great here is some piccies thanks tom

They can be bent to fit, also you can build up edges to get a good gap with weld or welding rods if gap large. Just make sure when you work with the doors put the seals on as they effect the line up

Yay you doors tom...... Was going to say the drivers door looks like it needs twisting if that makes sense ??? But I'd try the seals first as it may force the top out and rectify it....:0)

Cheers james

I would also use any gaskets and spacers you need to get the door in its final fitted position.

You don't want to line them up well only for them to be massively out of line when you come to fit the car up.

yes mate it need lifting up at the back what means i need to play about with the hinges and maybe drill the holes out abit wider so i can pull it out or in. i have just had half hour on the passenger door and i have improved it so a good week on them to play about and they should be fine. i hope..

If you are planning on fitting new door seals then fit them before adjusting anything as they may well be different to old ones and cause a load of grief if you spend time fitting them with old ones. For the hinge gaskets cut some from a cereal packet the card is about same thickness, then when they have stock you can get them
