Superb work so far, can't believe how its taking shape, its a steep learning curve with projects like this but enjoyable learning how to get around each problem.

got the passenger side tacked in place just need to fully weld clean up areas and its done. i have a quick question.. i hung the door put the gaps to where i wanted them clamped door in place and then welded the door step in place and just tacked the sill on to give it some more stiffness while i tryed the door. i took the clamps out of place and because its not all welded up fully and doesnt have any floor the door drops abit and makes it catch on the bottom and up the side you have to lift the door a fraction to shut it. so my question is once i have some floor and crossmembers in will this stop it from droping? as the the rear quarter and door step are still abit flimsy. also would a front wing tye it in abit more to? you can see the whole a panel push out if you take the clamps of and the door just drops is this normal? what should i do next? toeboard with front subby in place? thanks tom
