Looking good matey keep it up.
I'm the same just going from pay day to pay day at the moment.
I have already planned out about £1000 over the next 6 weeks, then add on Insurance and petrol.. Most expensive Resto I have ever done, I think it will be about £4500-5000 when finished.

thanks Gadgets nice one..are we gonna be seeing it at any shows soon?

catch up time again..my luck ran out with the A pan now i know what everyone else has been going through..2 and a bit hours of standing scratching my head..cutting bending hammering and lots of swearing we went form this...
to this..
so once that was finally sorted got the other sill done..thankfully no issues there
got the Xmember in the other day...so the panel list is going down so tomorrows gonna be a day of grinding and etch primering..
good some paintable Gravitex for the underneath...question is do i prime both under and over it??? obviously etch first then seem seal but then prime then Gravitex? or put it on over the etch coat?

Was the inner the bad panel with regards to the apex panel or was it the outer you altered ?
Cheers

i'd say it was the inner wing..even though i measured 3/4 times before i fixed it..it was exactly the same as the old one..ended up cutting the top of it bending it back and welding it back before fitting the inner Apan to it..

thanks mate..trying to keep as close to spec as possible, the chances are that i'll be selling this one once it's done and then finding a later one to vtec or something..as for colour the log book says grey..it's black at the moment..but as it's rubbed down i'm finding a lot of red so i'm thinking on doing it damask red or whatever it is(1 of the colours availible in 61) and yes 3 and 3 though it's on an x plate cause the mini centre i got it from kept the number off it..
think we have enough van owners on here to make it a good one to
