I recently restored the drum brakes on my '77 Mini: new wheel cylinders, drums, shoes, hoses, and master cylinder rebuild. At first, the stopping was marginal, but as the shoes seated into the drums the braking is much better. But I noticed recently (2nd week of driving) that I'm starting to feel more vibration through the brake pedal. Is this a result of the shoes wearing in, or might I have other issues elsewhere? I also replaced all the ball joints and bushings in the front suspension/steering, as well as a cleaning and re-lubing the bearings.
