Hi guys the car hasn't move forward at really bar me getting a lighten flywheel and backplate. Had a idea of banned steels so found on on eBay that had been banned to 6 inch wide to see what it would look like



Didn't look deeper enough for me so disc cutter out and oops



The plan is to set the middle back do get a deeper off set on the front

Also I mite be getting mini number 3 going to have a look at in next weekend.

Hi guys and girls i fot the engine out on Sunday and started to strip the new one for the geaEnid swap a friend can over this morning and helped drill and tap the bolt hole for bigger bolts and we got the gearbox on with copper gasket. Fitted the straight cut drops too. Had a quick look to see what cam is in it and it stamped 276 also pick up a Webber carb off eBay







So just got to fit the flywheel and clutch and transfer so bit off the old engine and in with the new one

Just a few little jobs to get it runMing but with the weather we're having I couldn't resist the call of the beer garden any more

Hi guys and girl well a runner now here a video from the other day

1310 with Weber Engine first start:

As she stand now all I need to do is a just the back brakes and handbrake and sort out the number plate light then its mot time then off to the rolling road.

Well it's all ready for its mot after having a quick wash just got to insure it now

Well it failed it mot today on wheel bearings which I knew about so will Sort that ready for next week got some vids of the drive to and from the mot here's the links

Congratulations on the MOT.

 

It sounds great in the videos although seems to be revving it's nuts off like it needs another gear.

Thanks Ben yeah it is but haven't had it set up yet so I hope that sorts it out
