I once moved a single bed 35 miles on one on my old 998 Cooper. Very useful bit of kit.

The original owner of my 1970 Clubman bought this roofrack for it in the early 70's.
I've restored it - stripped the woodwork and re-varnished it, cleaned all the metalwork and liberally sprayed it with matt finish sealant to keep the patina but stop it going rusty in the future etc
I never use it so will be taking it to Brooklands tomorrow to try and sell it. Asking price is £100 which even includes a spanner so you can bolt it to your car and take it home then!
It will be fitted to my MPI Mini which will be on the Cooper Sport 500 stand next to the ticket office if you want to have a look if you're going? If I'm not with the car I'll leave a note with my mobile number on it.

hey, were can i buy lockable roof bars for my mini and do u guys not get worried that people might nick the roof rack

Hi something with feet like this that's what I have at the moment make sure the protectors are good or they might damage the paint

I recently found an old roof rack in my dad's shed, thinking of trying it out on the Mini! Look's like it's from the 90s. Are roof racks pretty versatile, fitting-wise?

So long as its the type that clamps to roof gutters, and is adjustable width to accommodate the minis narrow roof, then it should fit.
