Roof Racks?

hello i would like a roof rack for my mini,so i wanted to know what were the options and also if these is one like this one

Hi something with feet like this that's what I have at the moment make sure the protectors are good or they might damage the paint

You can get Paddy Hopkirk roof bars although they're not quite as stylish as the new MINI ones you've linked to above. Clicky

Here is the Mini Spares Roof Rack, the ones you first linked are for the 'BMW' MINI. Not the classic Mini.

They really are so useful for moving big items with a Mini. However, you wouldn't want to drive around with one on unless you really needed it as they do knock the fuel consumption, even when empty, and they make a lot of wind noise.

lol yeah im going to use it for travelling with bags but, i cant find it here in france or someone that ships it here
does anybody know a website or someone that is willing to ship one ?

I just have a set of universal roof bars that clamp onto the gutters.....they're handy to have!! :thumbsup:

Most racks for any classic car will fit. They are normally adjustable.

Mine came off a Volvo amazon. I added the slats. I am thinking of having it chromed.

A basket like ours with a net over it is useful for bags and luggage.

Roof bars are nice as it's universal and can mount bikes and stuff more securely.
