i use one of those and the 3m type, and havnt had any problems. i spray 2k lacquer,paint and primer for years. all of my mates who are painters use them. there all fine. some dont even use 1.
i dont think u will have to much of a problem mate if ur only painting a couple of subframes OUTSIDE. not much chance of sucking up to many fumes through ur new mask OUTSIDE is there. its not like u do it every day???
just be carefull with it!!!
