Running The Engine Out Of The Car?

I want to take the engine out, change head gasket, clean, de-gunge and paint it. Im then fitting my Nodiz pro ignition system.

Its a 1380 A+ with HIF44.

Can i run it out of the car?

Yes, you can run it out of the car.

You need to have a battery connected, an earth connected and a ignition switch connected and some fuel.

what about stability? will it be ok if i ratchet strap it to a pallet?

Yours is an MPi and I think thats gonna be tricker.

Seen someone run a hose pipe into the one end and just flow water straight threw it.

is it up and running? Im waiting on delivery still, but my mini is in Germany so cant fit till mid march when i get back.
