But then there's gluteny greed and a pure waste !!!
Ok so you have a 12k mk1 mini and you want to be different and fit a 3.2k set wheels over inflated? And try and sell these wheels two weeks later and try and get half your money back
In the vw scene there are a few set wheel that are extreme both are rare Porsche items from the 60's gas burners and 4.5 and deep 6 heart fuches, both sets can fetch upwards of 2k but they are old wheels and therefore will always be at a value
Like classics cars and watches for instance will always go up in money , new items will only decrease
Are then scrap all my previous because I suppose if you buy these wheels and keep then in boxes or good condition in say 30 years when minis are worth upwards of 50k and these wheels will then be rare as not many people bought them they might be worth a few hundred more?? Not a great investment but hey ,,
Ok it's morning and this was just a finger exercise before work lol and got my mind turning so excuse the pointless waffle

I knew what I was thinking when I started

I think they'd look ok on a genuine Radford or Wood & Pickett Mini, not cheap mind. Having said that I looked into getting a set of brand new JA Pearce mag alloys for my car and they're about £2.5k a set...!
