I'll get my padded suit on then so the beating won't hurt too much LOL!

Himley Hall in the Midlands is on May 7th. There's a section about it in this months Mini Mag, says its quite a good one.

My budget was going to be around £9-10k but I'm just gonna go with the flow and see! Haven't ordered kit yet, just awaiting on my car being sold for the extra cash.
I'm in Essex, don't think there's anybody close....think one guy is in kent but not too sure.

£10k is scraping the barrel unless your not having the reverse and LSD and tubular front subframe etc and doing the all the work yourself.

LOL! it's good to hear someone with the same thoughts as me! It should turn out quite impressive if I can pull it off.

Been buying little bits 'n' pieces for it still like new black & silver plates, got a normal size for the back and a slightly smaller one for the front, they look wikid! And also got some braided brake line hoses to convert to 4-Pots.....talking of the 4-pots, they still haven't arrived! Bought them on the 6th April and now the guy hasn't replied to my e-mail asking where they are! We'll see ay!

I think the bike engine idea is being aborted now! =(

Have decided that it'll be cheaper to go and get my bike licence (which i've always wanted to do anyway) and buy a nice GSXR600 racing bike!

I think I'm going to probably turbo the MK1 now so I can still have a quick little fun car to go to shows in but still keeping it old skool racer style.

so.......i'm selling my GSXR1000 K4 engine if anybody is looking for one???? Has done less than 1000 miles according to guy I bought it from and just has 1 little graze on crank cover. But it is really mint!

Let me know if you're interested or know of anybody lookin for one.

how much were you looking for it anyway out of intrest ?

181 sorry , pressed wrong number when i typed. most of it was done before i bought it , but the head work was done near london at a place called crossfire racing,

im hoping to get it too 200 bhp before it goes in and is running, im fitting a mega squirt system and n-pack and a yoshima ecu tuner.also fitting my uncles old gsxr Yoshimura RS3 exhaust ,,,,,,,,plus more.
