cross member done and rear glass out...
Ideally, you need to emboss/press/swage (how ever you would describe it) the holes, to add a little more strength back into it. that is how we treat lightening holes in aircraft components. admittedly though, it might be rather difficult with it welded in place.

I said i will pick them up at mitp at santapod so gives them plenty of time to be fair they seem very helpful but sometimes are hard to get hold of as i think its a 2 man bad and there very busy... we'll see

Those wellers look very sexy with the A032's on! Definietely getting some 32's for mine now! Are they 10x6 or 10x7 wellers? Good luck with the build looks like its gunna be awsome!

few more bits done today ran all internal lines,fuel,battery and brake. Also drilled holes for seat mounts. started connecting up loom and put rear loom in. Fitted brand ne inner steering column with new bushes. looking to sort doors in the next week or so..... so yeh its slowly coming along nicely. Just need some 32mm gromets to finish off bits i did today...

Brilliant, not the colours i would opt for but really interesting project. Hope you keep it updated!
