Name the ultimate driving roads and good tunnels near you for all to enjoy.

Awesome roads near me in Yorkshire
A169 from Malton (york) to Whitby awesome driving road
A614 from Howden to Bridlington
A18-A16-A1028 from M180 J5 to Skegvegas
A621-A619 from sheffield to Bakewell
A57 (snake pass) from sheffield to glossop (amazing road when its open)

Tunnels, theres only 1 i can think of and thats in Doncaster town center,

Thorne, In between Doncaster and York mate, pretty much on the M62/M18 junction :)
Im central to all the best driving roads lol, i just pick a direction to head in lol

The B5234 from hathern to the m42, the a628 just north of snake pass are the only two I can think of off the top of my head that haven't been mentioned.

The A696 is beautiful and the New Tyne Tunnel sounds amazing to roar through. :shades:

A38 Devon Expressway - first 5-6 miles or so coming out of Exeter towards Plymouth is like a fast-paced rollercoaster with each direction of the carriage way taking a slightly different route round the first hill.

How Bout The Dartford Tunnel... Not A Long Drive, But With RC40's Or CherryBomb Exh's It Sounds Good :shades: ... (Havent Been Myself But Seen Som Videos)

Through leek, past the winkingman over the peak district into buxton :P theres quite a few that like the cat & Fiddle road as well but im not a fan

B3157 coast road chickerell Dorset, may not me an ulitmate road but god its fun in a mini when the sun is shining :D

Isle of Man TT course! No speed limits on a-lot of it including the all of the infamous Mountain section.

If anyone comes over here I cannot recommend it enough!

The A686 from Alston to Penrith. It's great on any day, and there's the cafe at Hartside if you fancy a tea and a bacon roll. The video below is from the cafe car park down the hill to Melmerby.



Another fav is the Buttertubs Pass, which goes from Thwaite to Hawes.
