Hi Matt,

Firstly I just want to say what a amazing company you are, Nodiz Pro.

I had a issue with paying for the item this month, and nearly had to opt out of the group deal. I had a word with Matt, and he said, pay a deposit and we can hold the deal for you and you can pay for the item next month when you have the money. I thought excellent.

Now I get home from work, only too find out that I have received my Nodiz Pro in the post, I am so happy, I can complete my build quicker now.

I just want to say a big thank you to you Matt, for the great service you provide.

I will be sure to be adding a little extra payment when I receive my money for you guys.

Thanks again.

!00% satisfaction and 100% Customer Service from you guys

Regards

Bobby

Just confirm that:

A = Crank sensor bracket
B = Trigger wheel and bolt (wheel seems small)
C = Bracket for the ford coil

Is that right???

Hi Matt

Are you doing a full A Series kit now? If so how much are the brackets above, and how much is a full kit?

Thanks

I am not going to be running for a while yet. But I surprised holmesy has not posted yet.

I got my damper wheel from MED, it's a very nice bit of kit. And the sensor mount on the dsn timing chain cover lines up about right. Nice and neat as the 36 tooth bit is on the inside of the Damper wheel.
the only thing i need to do is remove one tooth at the right place, as it comes without one removed, as it depends on your setup

Thats a tasty setup. Is the dsn bracket designed for the med pully?

Very nice Dean - remember to bend the tab washer on the crank bolt (edit: actually it looks like you are just doing a test fit so ignore this )

Done abit of work to mine today.

I bought the MED trigger wheel and sensor, but as this is for a 998, I didn't bother with getting the one with the damper as it didn't have one as standard. I can always add this at a later date if I want.

I am using the standard timing cover, so had to bend the timing lugs up slightly to clear the trigger wheel. I also used the old pulley to mark TDC on the MED pulley so I can still check the timing with a timing light when it comes to it (piece of mind and to check calibration of the software). It was a bit easier as I have the head off at the moment as the head gasket has blown >_< You can see the TDC mark on the pulley where it lines up with the 0* BTDC timing mark.

How is everyone else progressing?

They are a nice bit of kit. Mini mag this month has done are section on crank pulleys and dampers. Also talks about the MED one.

Good idea to mark the pulley so you can use the standard timing marks.

Yes it is only a test fit. It will be coming off again until the gearbox is fitted. As I don't want it getting damaged in the meantime.

I will be getting one of these

http://www.minispare...|Back to search

As I have read about someone who used the same pulley with the med bolt and washer which is supplied , but does not have a lock tab. And they found it came loose. So added that mini spares lock plate there is not a chance of it moving.

I still need to work out which tooth to remove on the pulley . But I have a quick read back through the nodiz manual and work it out.

Not sure if it's best to run the standard vac pipe on the carb to the nodiz kit or get one of these.

http://www.minispare...px|Back to shop

As I running twin 1. 1/4 su 's.

Do you think it's fine to run off one carb or do I need a vac off each carb , or best to tap a hole into the centre of my inlet manifold bridge.
