a door of window rubber

a hose pipe and a mate should make finding the leak easy

What about checking the pipes into the heater. The matrix might have sprung a leak. Just runu your hand around the bottom of the heater.

Good luck fella

Door seals are probably the most common culprits, so first have a close inspection of both door seals for cuts, tears, perishing and signs of wear etc. If you see any signs of damage, then you'll have some idea of where to aim the hosepipe to check for leaks. Other common places are the windscreen seal, the heater matrix & hoses and the often overlooked door check strap seals. These foam seals are notorious for perishing, getting damaged by the door check strap or even just being missing completely and therefore letting rain water in.

The leak was there before the heater hoses were connected I have no door straps so no seals there are cuts in the door seals I think it is coming from behind the dash area as its drains down the interior arch bit I have checked the windscreen seal it seems okay
Thanks Jack

I have a similar issue, I can sometimes see droplets of water on the inner arch/footwell area, below where the heater inlet pipe go thorugh - but on the passenger side if that makes sense

It could be rust around the fresh air vents. A common area for rust.
