Unfortunately the Police did the usual and fluffed up the CCTV footage... I kid you not!

I do however now know who did it

Nothing better than a friend to stab ya in the back is there...

Trust the police!! How'd you find out who did it? Hope you can recover some more of your kit! Best to not let anyone know what you've got or where it's kept! Sad but true nowadays !

tell you what if someone did something like that to me and i knew who did it they wouldnt be walking for much longer thats not just internet talk either im being genuinely honest haha

The friend told the people who broke in what was there and where etc.

How I found out? Its a long story but when you pay peanuts you get monkeys etc. Lets face it low level thieves tend not to be too smart and when cornered sing very loudly.

As for the friend, Didn't need to do anything as he did something very strange when he knew that I knew. Cant say much more than that right now.

As minisprint said above, you just cant tell anyone anything no matter how much you think they would not stab you in the back.
Ive had a couple so called friends do that in my life and I'm starting to think I should just hang around my enemies more as at least that way I'm never disappointed lol
