Thank you Graham, MOT in October for your mini should be achievable
had a few hours this afternoon, de-greased the NS belly and gave it 2 coats of zinc primer, tmz stone-chip and top coat.....

started on the engine bay painting, after I had done the front arch and bits here and there, first coat is on,....always looks great with some nice paint
sanded and keyed the inner panels (Por15 coat) first then sprayed with etch primer
then coated with 2K Russet Brown

cleaning the bonnet yesterday, omg, noose like a sugar shaker, asked TMF on Fb what to do........ended up like this

after collecting an oil boiler from Tamworth today, I lost 5 valuable hours....how ever.....
still managed to do the bonnet and bottom door repair.....

starting to finish body, painting certain panels before the lot, bonnet and NS rear door after repairs
Bonnet flatting after first 2 coats using 1200 and soapy water;
rear NS door, after repairs, first 2 coats, then flatting using 1200, found a few patches so needed filling
just sealed the scuttle-wing opening joint with tiger sealant
,
busy at work tms, sunday picking up a VW golf Mk1,1981 this one was locked away in a garage for 19 yrs, hence 62500 miles only,.....
Back on Huye on Monday......
