anyhow so engine back in, had him running for 5 days, and smoked far to much, of came the head, checked valves....all guides gone stem seals fecked...head went to the'man' and after a few days got him back.Before getting him back on I changed the single valve springs to double ones, cleaned block, and back together again, after 10 days fettling finally running in for 350 miles.......frustrating indeed, max speed 48mph and not going over 3000 revs....lol. Today oil and filter change, took him for a test run even managed 60mph, so next few days slowly building speed back up again.....
