In regards to the fog lamp on the parcel shelf, i asked about this as i have deseamed bumpers so the fog light bracket looked very odd hanging on the valance with no bumper.... apparantly it is illegal to have it within the cabin, i can only imagine because if somehow it got disconnected from it's bracket it could blind the driver as they are very bright? i aim to make mine flush in the valance like the pictures on page 1, atm it's hanging in the centre on a custom made bracket.

Can you get the under bumper units that have a fog and a reverse light built into one unit?

fogs aren't allowed to be in the light cluster, MUSTbe on the offside unless you have two, and must be 25cm off the groung at the lowest point. legalitys people!

how do modern cars get on then as they have fog's in the light cluster

They have to be at least 100mm from the tail and brake light.

Here's the arse end of ours.

I don't think the rear fog stands out as much on a red car.

I used to have one on my debumpered mini, fixed it to the boot floor so that it was tucked out of the way and didn't ruin the smooth look of the back - just and idea for you to consider :)
