Have to say, the turnout was terrible. I felt for the traders who braved the elements only for so many punters to stay at home.

Here's the bunch of Essex Mini Club that made it.... We did have a moment where a Wolsey Hornet convoying with us, cut out coming off the slip road! But he appeared at Brookland's so all was well! Few mishaps with broken fuel gauges as well.

Not because of the driving but my 6 month pregnant Mrs didn't fancy freezing there and I also assumed the turnout was going to be quite poor compared to previous years...

Here are a few of my pics that I took when I could bear to take my hands out of my pockets because I was sooooo cold!
The 500 Copper Sport and 2000 Register with Mr Bump on. God only know how Andy, the Register managed to man the stand most of the day cheerily chatting to owners and interested Mini owners. He did a great job
Mr Bump's snow on his roof which made it all the way from Oxford to Brooklands and back, frozen solidly on (not that it was cold or anything!).
The Mini Cooper Register's stand with Trevor on the end - another big well done (or you're utterly mad) to the chap manning that!
Great excitement when we found an advertising poster with Trevor on!
The mental winners of a couple of the Show 'n' Shine classes. I take my hats off to all those in today's Show 'n' Shine, but cleaning Minis in this weather - what are you thinking! Men in White Coats time me thinks!
Colin with Mr D. Not usually a fan of anything non standard, but I'll make an exception for Mr D
Desmond with his RSP S (best car of the show of course!!)
An old favourite, sporting a snow roof too
And a few of other photos
Guess what, I'm still blinking frozen!

I did look out for you, found Trevor, but not Mr. Bump. Walked past him, but didn't realise he was yours.
