So I got my joining instructions/risk acknowledgement forms for the test hill event at Brooklands this morning!! :D

......Just need a mini to actually do it in now, as both of mine are still off the road at the moment!! Why does this always happen to me, last year I had a mini with no engine in two days before L2B!! >_<

Got the Sprite MOT'd and changed the oil yesterday, but if it looks like it's going to be cold and wet I'm not going to bother as 600 miles in those conditions are not my idea of fun.

+1,

feet up in front of the fire (if I had one) + full-on roast is a preferable option, but if the forecast changes.........

I would normally call you boring old farts, but even I've had enough of being cold. :( However, we'll still be going as we're on club stands. Austin and Morris Day was freeeeeeezing - It took me two hours after I got home to properly defrost (Milly's heater is rubbish).

My plan was to drive down on Friday, go to Castle Coomb on Saturday for the Great Western Sprint, then Brooklands on Sunday and home straight after. Snow is forecast for Friday, so tons of salt on the roads, cold and dry on Saturday, dull and cold on Sunday. Looks like I'mm staying up north and watching the Malaysian GP instead.
Oh well, lets hope it gets a bit warmer for the Pride of Longbridge.

They say it's overcast for most of the weekend, some sleet tomorrow but otherwise just cold.

Wrap up warm and give the Minis the drive they deserve! Or lock them up in the garage again until the salt is gone.

Quickest route to being the richest man in the graveyard!
