Well as I can't make L2B (thanks to the date being moved back to June this year), I've decided I'll probably come along to Brooklands instead! So I sent off my application form for the "Hill Test" this morning, as driving up and down a hill repeatedly at 20mph for no good reason, sounds too good to be missed!

What happened to the "Events Mod" Charlotte? Can't remember her forum name, but she used to organie Brooklands a year or o back.
I woke up one morning and found I was a 'normal member', oh well... sorry guys, i tried!
Not been at many shows recently after the expense of restoring our Cooper with the.stroker, also being a bit more 'picky' this year since most shows have upped their prices and lowered their choice of offerings of late
On the plus side, my Thirty's up for resto next
Thats a real shame Charlotte as you did a great job. Maybe the "Team" can tell us why your role was deleted when you did such a good job.
Good luck with your Thirty's resto...look forward to seeing some pictures.

I'm hoping to come along and make the journey from Essex, as long as my Mini is back on the road by then! Will be my first time at Brooklands.
EMC convoy usually meet around 8am at Thurrock Services (Lakeside A13/M25). If you want to tag along keep an eye on our club forum (see my signature) closer to the date for confirmation of times, there are 18 cars down on the list this year!!

You sent off a form for the test hill? I thought they open the gates and anyone there just drives through and up the hill???
Also I've never ran before up the hill and only ever managed to park up outside Brooklands when I've been as it gets too busy and they close the entrance but does anyone know if you can still do the test hill even if your parked up outside?
