ya then my insurace will go through the roof :( and hope not :'(

I hope not too, Why would they deceide to repair a bit of scratched barrier rather than some potholes!!!

But as you said the barrier saved you from a worse fate and it could do for the next user

Why would there be a bill for the ambulance? I was under the impression that is what the £250 a month national insurance contribution was for? Country is a damn rip off.

You put the apostrophe in the wrong place in Didn't. >_<

Sorry I was only joking, trying to lighten the mood a little. But on a serious note, that looks pretty bad. Its a good job nothing else hit you after you bounced off the central reservation, that could have been really bad. I don't believe in God but someone was looking over you all that day. The main thing, like already said, is that you are all ok. If it were me, I would take the misses for a couple of extra check ups in the next couple of weeks just to make sure. There is nothing wrong with playing safe and if you explain why, the doctors/nurses will understand.

Now go and do the lottery.

It was lucky I stopped quick enough because I would have hit the passenger side where his pregnant girlfriend was, side on. I wouldnt have coped if that happened. My little god son to be is in there and Dans family!

Glad to hear you and your GF are ok man. My dad worked on the M40 for 12 years dealing with the aftermaths of collisions. Really don't be surprised if you do get a bill for the damage and I'm sure you will.

Danny

Glad to hear you and yours are all OK. Drove past and feared the worst, so relieved to discover this thread and hear you are all OK.

Danny...the car doesnt matter.

Pfft cars come and go...

Your life, your partners dont...especially the life your partners growing so forget the car, forget what you could of done...simply...forget the "What ifs"....

Give your partner and bump a kiss and just thank whatever helped that day....and thank your mini for doing its best for keeping you safe....

It just needs a new body ;)
