My first car when I was 18 was a metro. I drove it into a wall and it ended up looking like that. Bad time!!!

Ya it's horrible still can't get over it I'm still in agony it's just a massive shock. its one of those things you always think won't happen to you and since this has happened it's opened my eyes and realised life's to short things can change so quick. live your life to the full while you can

This is the exact reason I want to make my Mini a lot safer, although they are quite sturdy little things, its better being safe than sorry.

Ya sure is better to be safe than sorry but the mini stood up to a 70mph head on crash and we all walked away so ild say the mini did its job

To be honest, when I first read your post and then looked at the pictures I was really really surprised yourself and your girlfriend just escaped with a few bumps and bruises.

Did you damage the crash barriers?

If you did you'll be liable so may have to go through your insurance

nah my damage to the barriers I checked before being carted of in the ambulance
