How serious of a workshop?

I'd be looking at some air tools to speed up the process.
A Good Welder, always needed with a Mini....
The Standard tools.
Pry Bars.
Magnets on sticks.
Steel tube, for when you need just a little more leverage.
Cone Compressor.
Big socket set for hub nuts and tower bolts etc.
a rust pile.
lots of spare bolts, they will shear.

Most importantly.

A Tidy work area, no matter what, when you're finished for the evening. Sweep up, wipe it down make sure everything is clean.

Emery paper & a decent soldering iron, along with appropriate connectors and decent crimpers. A multimeter and learn to understand electrics.

Red to red, green to green & blue to bits will not be good enough... :gimme:

+1 I had a mini fall off the jack while I was under it......was not a pleasant experience

My top tip would be to get yourself a big rug from a charity shop, much better than lying on a cold concrete floor
