Just wondering what theyre worth now? Aparently only 70 registered in the UK

10 -15 K euros here in France (in good nick)
UK prices seem similar

Original UK ones are £10,000+

Portuguese and Aussie Mokes are about half that for a good one.

They're an awful lot for what you get!

Because they're so rare I think people really can offer high prices.

from what I've seen you're looking at about 7K for a good ausie moke and about 11/12k for a british moke.




If you bought an engine and complete subframes, you would probably be looking at a couple of grand. does another 10k on top of that justify the price tag for what's essentially a chassis, a v5 and a couple of seats?

10k + for not alot, plus not that much to look at,

Fixer uppers are now going for £7k +

Rarity value is important nowadays and you pay for something rare - it's how classic cars work.

If there were a million Works Rally Mk1 Cooper S about then they would be worth £25k upwards, would they?

Don't get me wrong, I completely agree!

For me however, I think I would prefer to fabricate a moke-style mini myself. Would work out a damn site cheaper too :lol:

think how many must be rusting in spain, malta, crete etc, i remember hiring mokes in the 90's on holiday all the time
