We do trade over eBay as Driveninnovation and no Tamworthbay the name was not changed from minteriors because of bad feedback - 581 feedbacks, but honestly 3 were negative and 2 of those were for delivery time. This was over 2 years ago though, and I am sure one of them was from Avv It. Speaking of which, yes Avv It I cocked up your order nearly 3 years ago. If you want to order your doorcards you can have a 20% discount (for your past experience) and order them through eBay and you can open a dispute, say what you like on my feedback but please be nice, it is 100% positive at the moment.
Actually no, I did not leave you negative feedback on Ebay following my order, so I am actually another disgruntled customer in addition to those you mention. In my case you were happy to discuss my requirements prior to my order, but as soon as you had my cash I never heard from you again. I left you countless emails and called your number over, and over again but with no response what so ever. I would like to add that at no point did I use foul, or offensive language in any of my communication with you, and nor would I, so please don't be tempted to claim that was the reason for your failure to communicate with me in my case. Eventually I had to open a paypal dispute to get my money back (which incidentally I didn't actually want, what I wanted was the dash I ordered, and you to tell me when I was going to get it!) At that point you had the option of fulfilling my order, or at least communicating with me that it was just merely delayed, thereby ending the dispute, but instead you did nothing!
I've discussed your failings in customer service here with you before though, but yet I still read more and more posts, about how you have let more and more people here down, by taking their money and then failing to communicate with them over delivery delays, to the point that they can only assume that they have been scammed. In your defence, I have always tried to assure people here that you are not the con artist that they fear you are, and that they are merely victims of your poor customer service. Also having seen your workmanship on your stand at various, shows I have always maintained that your workmanship is high quality.
Now whilst I appreciate the offer of a 20% discount on your door cards by way of compensation, I will however politely decline. What I would ask though, is that you do something for every other customer you deal with instead and
communicate with them! So that nobody else has to go through what all these people here have had to endure and so that I never have to read, or comment on another thread about this ever again.
All I ask is that you make yourself a list detailing each order that you take and assign each an estimated delivery date. Then if you don't meet that date
you email the customer on that date, with an apology and a revised delivery date. That date then gets added to the list as the new delivery date, and if you fail to meet that date as well, then you
send them another update email on that date, assign a new delivery date to their order and so on.......That really is all you need to do!!
Just think about it...... no more aggrieved customers leaving you offensive messages, no more paypal disputes, no more negative trader reviews on TMF from people like me and probably more importantly, less of your business going to the likes of "custom consoles" instead, (who incidentally have higher prices and produce products that aren't as good as yours, but do have really good customer service!!)
