Rocker Cover Bolts

i,m fitting an alloy rocker cover but the bolts are too short.
can you get longer ones, preferably chrome.

Take a look at these on eBay, not sue about the length problem though. You could always go for T-bars.

Are you sure they are too short or do you have the wrong studs for your rockers? With the cover off, the two outer studs should be almost an inch longer than the middle two (note im talking about the rocker studs not the head studs)

the alloy cover is about 1cm taller than the original, combined with a new gasket and the bolts don,t quite reach.

It may be easier to find longer studs than longer "bolts" as the bolts are rather special with a female thread. The studs are just plain 5/16" UNF grade 8.8.
