I preferred the sterling one, not only because I'm a moss fan, but because I like Star Trek..........God I'm Nerdy.

Made great tv it has to be said, best thing thats been on over the chrimbo period to be honest, nice to see he is a real petrol head to, only thing lmao, I wish he had just said F1 instead of repeatedly saying "formlia 1". I couldn't help but latch on to his inability to say formula! and he kept saying it over and over again.

My husband said the same about the 'formlia 1'. I only noticed once he pointed it out, but it slightly drove him mad too  I think it's a dyslexic thing.

Fab pictures once again Stuart :-)

Sorry to lower the tone a bit especially when you are educating us, but my primary reason for watching the Jackie Stewart programme was for James Martin who I fancy just a teeny weeny bit :D He is very lovely

Just for you Tanya, James Martin in his fire proof undies

Why is that Mini in James Martin's kitchen?

Why not?

Well when you put it like that.

Anyone else see this last night? We're just watching it on IPlayer now

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG JAMES MARTINS MINI IS STUNNINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!

Hes from Malton in charge of our local restaurant and I didnt even know he was a petrol head or owned a mini >_<

The minis on in the first few minutes

Go see http://www.bbc.co.uk...Jackie_Stewart/

I think his mini is also raced by Andy Harrison of Acespeed who is based in Keithley and has a garage business.
I went a couple of years ago to his classic shop opening and was fortunate enough to speak to Richard Longman who was doing the honours there.
If you get chance have a run out and see some of his minis ( brilliant ), Andy Harrison did do a great line in period classic mini parts. I have got some photos of when i went so i will try and post some on here at some point.

I've got a life, thanks :P

Just, that once you notice something like that, its not easy to forget it, especially when the subjet matter is in Formula 1!

The other half and I were trying to work out which oppurtunity was rarer - both very good programs but for me being a lover of the 300SL... the look on Patrick Stewarts face says it all as they are driving up the road - he looks like he was going to pinch himself for a reality check!
