Made my own closing panel for the rear arch
fitted
which meant I could get the door step finally fitted lol
done. More tomorrow maybe

and through some paint at the inside of the door skin but this is where it turned ugly lol mega reaction and looks like I will have to wire wheel the whole thing lol o well looked good for a moment lol

Did you strip off the cack E coat on the inside of the door skin??
Yup but used cheap metal paint which I suspect to be the problem no worry tho just have to waste some time shipping it back but does look like its going to fit a treat lol thanks for the advice before. Is it worth putting a few plug welds on the side of the skin to the frame ? If so where's best ?

Frame with one coat
Took back the crappy reacted paint lol nightmare
Etch primed then some white primer and a few test spots to see how it will look
