Right not Much been done really just been buying bits I need for mot lol and making bits I need for it also

Bought new plates today but once mot'd they will get swapped out for pre 73 ones. Also made these today as I'm a tight fifer ha ha

So here's what I done

First take some slip on mini wiper arms

IMAG1247_zpsjgxxqtz8.jpg

Then get some newer style hook arms

IMAG1248_zpspnehi8cp.jpg

Bit of choppy choppy

IMAG1249_zpslkgfarh7.jpg

Bit of weldy weldy

IMAG1250_zpslas9ccbt.jpg

Then Grindy grind

IMAG1252_zpspisxbbbv.jpg

Job done just needs a lick of blak paint and am sorted al for less than a fiver. Now considering these go for 30+ on eBay, I think I'm qwids in lol

IMAG1251_zpsdhmpbnyw.jpg

So bought some 11" aero wipers tonight. More soon folks

In other news hooked up the oil pressure gauge today and it works but have no idea if it's reading right lol

IMAG1260_zpsgbfehirg.jpg

IMAG1271_zpskeb7q54m.jpg

And started to fix my arches so they fit properly

First I started with something for the glassfiber to sit on

IMAG1267_zpsj6z4ut7w.jpg

Then the old tin foil trick this is to stop the resin and glasfiber sticking to your support your using

Then lay up your glassfiber on top of the foil joining to what your glassing

IMAG1268_zpsl576timc.jpg

Once set take off your support your using ( mine wa a thin plastic chopping mat)

IMAG1269_zpso5axrhdi.jpg

Then peel off the tin foil

IMAG1270_zpsnfvebj1k.jpg

Job done. You can then reinforce it from behind and fill from the front. I have still to do this but it's on the cards for tomorrow
