i asked the same question much earlier on

the mazda has a chassis and as this + engine + running gear + suspension + steering are all used un modified this can still be classed as a mazda

the body carries no points on the DVLA's 8 points system on a chassis vehicle

Yeah its coming on, hoping to get it to the retro show at santa pod, IN FOUR WEEKS TIME!!!!!
not sure what to do about v5 yet, but i do have them both now.
Colour wise i'm not sure, But with little time i'm not gonna get it painted the proper colour, but i do want it all one colour for now.
So i got some paint over the weekend to do it with, but not telling just yet!!!!
The other mini isn't mine, i'm just sorting the roof out that someone jumped on!!, been painting an other mini boot too.

i absolutely love this build, your fabrication skills are amazing, what colour are you thinking of doing it? i reckon the colours and design on the drivers door could be put over the whole car and make it mores nuts :-)
